Migration from Informix 7.31

A few questions !

Is it possible to migrate from Informix ver 7.31 (on HP-UX) to Oracle?
If so, which version of Oracle would be most suitable?

Also the application (a bespoke commissions system) runs on HP-UX and is written in Informix 4gl. How easy is it convert the code to Oracle PL/SQL? Are there any automatic migration tools that may be suitable for the job?
