Migration from dev to UAT for OAM

Hi,

We shall be configuring SSO for a few applications like Ebiz, BI, Siebel through OAM in a development environment. We want to know whether it is possible to migrate all the SSO related configurations, including user store, policy configurations, authorization policies, authentication schemes etc etc to the UAT environment, instead of configuring everything manually again.

I have come across the Configuration Manager Utility, but want to know if it is possible to migrate everything through it or in any other way.
