migration from BEA Workshop 8.1.3 (WebLogic server 8.1 jdk142_04)

I a newbie with "new" BEA tools.
I use to work with BEA Workshop 8.1.3 (WebLogic server 8.1 jdk142_04) and now we've to migrate to WebLogic server 10.0.
So, i've read that i should migrate my application from BEA Workshop 8.1.3 (WebLogic server 8.1 and jdk142_04) to
BEA WorkSpace Studio 1.1 (WebLogic server 10.0 and jdk105_11).
I've imported my application with the assistant migration in BEA WorkSpace Studio 1.1
I've to make some corrections (annotations, collections parametrized, work with <%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" prefix="c" %> in JSP...)
I've a question.
should i stay with BEA WorkSpace Studio 1.1 (with is base on Eclipse 3.2.2) ?
should i use Windows All-In-One oepe-galileo-win32 (Eclipse 3.5.1 + OEPE Plugins) ?
should i use Eclipse Galileo 3.5.1 + OEPE Plugins ?
and what is this product : BEA Workshop Studio 3.3 ?

An other question,
I use beehive http://beehive.apache.org/ in my application but "Apache Beehive has been retired"...since 2010/01/11.
Should i used an other "tag library" ? and witch one ?
