Migration Apex 5 to 18 and the mobile application development interface does not work?

I recently migrated my oracle apex application 5 to 18, and I don't see the mobile interface.

Before in apex 5, you could find this configuration in the project properties, adding the mobile interface apart from the desktop interface.

And also when creating a new page, you could choose between desktop page or mobile page.

Where do I find that in Apex 18? Or what is the improvement for mobile phones in Apex 18? Or is it not necessary to create pages especially mobile type? In other words, does the mobile recognize it?
