migration 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3: frame referencing olb becomes a rectangle

We are migrating our forms from 12.2.1.1 to 12.2.1.3

We noticed that all our frames became rectangles. The frames all reference a smart class in an olb.
If the Frames do not reference the olb they are not converted to rectangles.

Has anyone also made this oservation?
What can be done about it?
