Migrating to Oracle Forms 11gR2

We are currently migrating from Forms 6i to Forms 11gR2 and we are facing one very annoying issue. After compiling nearly 40% of our Forms get the same error.
The error is:
Internal Error [phd_get_defn:DI_U_NAM RHS]
.....
[some package] is not supported by this release.
The only thing I found about this problem was, that there is an issue with Oracle 11g connecting to a 10g database, but this should be no problem, because we are currently using 11gR2 and there shouldn't be this issue.
The Database is Oracle 10g.
If we compile these forms on our local machines it works without any problem. The only difference between our local machine and the server is, that the server runs on 64 bit Windows Server 2008 and our local machines are running 32 Bit Windows 7. So my guess is, that this is the reason, but we don't have any idea to solve this issue.
I also tried to open the fmb file on the server and save it with a new name, but it didn't help.
I've searched the forum and nearly the whole internet :-) but couldn't find anything, to solve this issue.
Perhaps someone of you has a clue about this issue.
