Migrating primary DB server to new host

I have Standby DB setup where primary is running on P1 server and Standby on S1 server. Now I want to migrate primary DB to new server P2 and want to maintain S1 as its standby. What all changes need to be done to make this work?

Migration of primary DB from old server P1 to new server P2 would be done using SAN replication and it will bring ORACLE_HOME as well. Old primary DB will be down while P2 comes up so that there are no 2 primary DBs at the same time.

New server P2 has different host name and IP address.

DB version is 11.2.0.3 and OS is RHEL 5.9.
