Migrating Oracle 10g from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008

Hello,
We had deployed Oracle 10g (10.1.0.4) on Windows Server 2003. We recently upgraded the OS on the Server to Windows Server 2008. After the upgrade I'm unable to start any Oracle instance. On attempting to start the Oracle instance via oradim, I get an error
"Unhandled Win32 exception occured in Oracle.exe [2828]".
Has anybody faced a similar issue during upgradation of the Operating System? I would appreciate any assistance.
