Migrating issues from utf8 to Al32 utf8 in Cross platform

Hi ,

We are trying to migrate our 10g database in SOLARIS to 11g database in Linux.

We have multilingual data in the database, and we are using export import utility.

While migrating some of our data is truncated as charset is different.

How to avoid this.
