Migrating from Sybase Adaptive Server to Oracle

Hi,

We want migrating from Sybase Adaptive Server to Oracle. How can I compare the performance with sybase and oracle server, before or after migration? Can I use a HP loadrunner or Real Application testing for recording user activities from Sybase DB and Playing Back this scripts on Oracle DB?

I'm using Sybase 12 and Oracle 11R2 win x64.
