Migrating from Oracle 8i to 10g: Changes Java Perspective

Hi,
I'm migrating my DB from 8i to 10g. for the same i want to know what changes i have to made to my JAVA code. I found ojdbc14.jar, anything new jar should be needed. and For compatability with Websphere Is there any changes?
