Background Information:
We have a SMART on FHIR application deployed for US based Oracle customers, and now we have a Canada based customer who would like to implement it. I believe the customer logged a SR to have the app installed in their CA based tenant and it was completed. However, we would like to have a separate launch URI for CA based implementations so that we can have Canada based infrastructure to run the app for Canada customers. Do we need a separate SMART app for this or are non US-based SMART apps registered in a different way? If we need a separate app, are we at square 1 for validation even though the app functionality and all security mechanisms, infrastructure etc. will be identical to our already validated application?
