Migrating/deploying 10g (10.2) forms on 12c (12.2)

Dear,

I have installed 12c on AIX 7.1 environment i need to migrate or deploy the forms from 10g application server to 12c application server (weblogic).

can any once suggest is it possible to move from 10g to 12c, if yes please share the oracle documentation.
