Migrating ASM from one SAN to Another SAN

Hi everyone

My requirement to Migrate the ASM Raw devices ( Luns) from One SAN to Another SAN and I am using ASM DG + redundancy Level as :External

Can anyone Explain the suggested Solution without Destroying the Diskgroup.

Is it possible to change the Redundancy Level to :Normal or High ?
so that i can add mirror disks from New SAN and later remove it....

Please suggest me the possible solutions...
