Migrating and Upgrading DRM across servers

HI

I am wanting to know the best way to migrate and upgrate DRM. We are upgrading DRM from v9 to v11, plus also moving across environments from current production to new test environment.

which is the best way to do this? Can the database dump be exported and imported from one environment to the other? If we can database dump then are there references we need to change in the database somehow?

I am aware that this is also a migration utility, any advice would be welcome.

Anyone have a step by step available.
