Migrate Workflows with Existing Transactions

Hi! we are in the process of migrating from 11i to R12.

However, we stumbled upon a problem.

We have exisitng Workflow Transactions in 11i and we need to migrate it to R12.

These transactions are in the middle of the Workflow Process, just pending Transactions to be Approved/Rejected.

Is there anyway i can migrate those transactions to R12 and still keep the status of the Workflow?
