Migrate VM from Xen (ODA VP) to KVM

I want to replace our ODA X5-2 system with a new ODA X8-2M.

On the ODA X5-2 system we have several VMs running and I want to migrate these VMs to the ODA X8-2M where I can use KVM as virtualiziation technology.

Are there any documents / HowTo's for migrating VMs from XEN Hypervisor to Linux KVM?
