Migrate Mailboxes from Qmail

Hi Everyone,
as explained in the subject i need to migrate about 90 GB user's mail.
The goal is to reduce as much as possible the migration time so i'm looking for an alternative way to IMAP method.
Destination Message Store is MS 7 and the old one ( QMail ) is on the same.
