Migrate Lotus Notes data into Oracle 11g DB

Hi,

I was wondering w/ everyone here if they have come across how to approach this.

We are on Lotus notes, which from what I gather is not a relational DB structure. My company wants this info off of Lotus and put into Oracle, I have been allotted a person to build the Oracle Forms, but my question is how to go about getting this data into Oracle to phase out Lotus. Has anyone had to do this (I know this is more of a Lotus question)?

I have been reading about connecting w/ ODBC driver but there seems to be limitations
