Migrate Hyperion EPM and database

Hi,
We have a request to migrate Oracle Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.4 to 11.2.8. At the same time we need to migrate Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (version 10.500.4000.0) to Oracle database.
Can we do the hyperion EPM migration with the database migration, simultaneously? If yes, what are the steps?
