Migrate existing on premises EBS R12 in new created RAC on cloud.

Hi Team,

We have successfully created 2 node RAC database on cloud and now want to migrated our existing R12.1.3 on premises environment on this RAC. Also please let me know the procedure to do a connectivity between on premise Server with this cloud server

Is it possible and what steps needs to carried out.
