Migrate ASM disks to new SAN

Expert,

We are planning to migrate ASM/OCR/VD disks to new EMC VMAX storage.

Step1 : Migrating OCR/VD to new disks online - Metalinl holds a good document.

Step2 : Migrating ASM disks to new SAN disks.

Please help us to migrate with minimal downtime. Good if we have chance to migrate without downtime.
Please provide process outline/documents.

AIX 5.3
oracle 10.2.0.4 (2 node RAC)
ASM - Totally 77 disks
DB Size - 1.6TB

Help needed here.
