Microsoft SQL Offline Migration - How to ?

Hi:

I am new to SQL Developer (Version 3.0.*) and would like to try the offline migration for Microsoft SQL (Version 2000). Unfortunatelly, I have not found any detail (step by step) instruction about how to perform this and the SQL Developer documentation only depicts general instruction. The wizard portion works fine; however, the MS SQL database I am trying is pretty large in size, and it is recommended to use offline instead of on line migration from Oracle web site.

For example, once script is generated and exported to a directory from SQL Developer (Offline mode), what would be the 1st file and the next step to perform and etc,?

Can someone share expertise about this area?
