Microsoft SDK for Java 4.0

Hi everyone... not sure if this is the right place to ask, but here goes.

I'm looking for the installation file of the Microsoft SDK for Java 4.0. Microsoft seems to have taken it off their site and disavowed any knowledge of it (typical). Could anybody help me out and let me know where to obtain a copy?
