Microsoft ODBC for Oracle on System DSN

I'm using Windows Vista, recently i have to work on WinXP 64bit PC,
and i found a problem about add ODBC for the workstation,
when i click System DSN, add System Data sources, it just show up to option which is

SQL Native Client
SQL Server

wondering how i going to add Microsoft ODBC for Oracle to System DSN,
I have install oracle 10.2,
some one please guide me the right direction please
