Microsoft C++ Runtime Error

My application run on 15 client PC.
Now some of that PCs are in our local domain.
When I log on domain PC as a domain user and run my application, when I wont to open report from application i receive this error:

Microsoft C++ Runtime Error

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

And when I pres OK the application vanish from desktop.
When I log on as administrator everything is ok as is on other PC out of domain.

My system administrator says that he cannot made any changes to the domain users group policy.

How can I overcome this error?
