Hello !
I am a free tier user. Last year my account was updated to MFA without my consent or any warning. There is no bypass code set. I used to receive notifications on my phone for logging into oci ( cloud.oracle.com). But now these notifications have suddenly stopped. Thus I am locked out of my account.
I chatted with the live agent to reset the MFA. I provided all the info he requested ( email, tenency name, phone no, last 4 digits of cc and cc expiry date). He said the phone number is incorrect. But I used to receive the notifications. He was unable to make any exception. I tried other two possible phone numbers, but no luck. If I remember correctly, I did not provide any phone number in first place. I strongly suspect there is a bug in the setup.
Is there any way out?
