Currently we have measurement readings coming in from GPS via daily file loads. Sometimes the measurements are obviously incorrect, ie last reading was 1500 hours and new reading is 2500 hours. We need a new threshold configuration (or validation) that would run on the measurement loads that look at a certain amount over a certain period for specific measure type (hours, miles, etc). This way the system will not use an erroneous measurement to calculate a trigger which will create a work order and work activity that shouldn't be generated. This would somehow maybe go to error handling instead.
