Metalink Account

Hi, I have Metalink account and I was accessing this account earlier, However, I don't know what has haapen with my system. Now, I am not able to open my Metalink page. When I enter my login ID and PWD, It goes and stuck on blank pages. I worked with IT department but he could not figure out the problem. Apart from my system it is working perfectly fine on other system with my credential.

Please let me know if anyone has any clue.
