I got feedback from Metalink to say my account is all set like below
Open SRs : Yes
Read SRs : Yes
Add Support Identifier : Yes
Remove Support Identifier : Yes
Forum : Yes
User Administration : No
Configure "My Headlines" : Yes
Access Patch Download : Yes
Your administrator(s):
but when I login, I found all the feature is disabled, because they want my CSI#, which I have sent to them before for many times, and my account is approved by my company's group lead. ..
so Anyone know any phone number or email that I can contact metalink customers serview to fix this problem?
