We are using v20C of the Intelligent Advisor and trying to establish a connection between a Siebel IP16 instance and the Intelligent Advisor.
We got the Check-Alive function to work - but having no success with the Get Metadata part. The Siebel workflow seems to be able to send the data out but we get a "The hub could not parse the response from 'ConnectionX'" error.
We also get an error directly in the OPA HUB itself, when we try with the Metadata response from Siebel. The error we get using the 'Static Metadata' approach is "Metadata of connection 'ConnectionX' is not valid". Note that we get this error even with the sample response from Oracle's guide (https://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/devdocs/cloud20c/IntelligentAdvisor/en/Content/Guides/Developer_Guide/Connector_Framework/Accept_attachment_of_files_forms.htm).
Has anyone else faced this or been able to resolve this issue?
