Metabase Manager client on Unix ?

Hi

I've been following the documentation for installation of ODI.
When you get to the Metabase Manager section of the documentation there are instructions only for launching a client from windows.

?

I've tried running the commandline script

oracledq/metabase_server/metabase/bin/mtb_admin

but as there are no README files etc available I don't know what to do with it

when I login with madmin/admin I get a command prompt of _control,
-help gives me a list of commands, but what do I do with them.

I'd be grateful if anyone could help
