Messy code in Json after ORDS,but Data is fine in DB for Chinese

Chinese Data is fine in DB but messy code in Json after ORDS. How to show normal Chinese in ORDS json? Thank you

Note, Chinese is different from English, per Chinese character takes 2 bytes, but English character takes 1 bytes

And encoding of them may different.
