messages in forms builder

hi every body
i wanna know how oracle forms builder deal with the message and alerts i wrote

times i wrote a message and it displays in the status bar , and times it displays in front of me on the window

sure i always wanna see the message in front of me , not in the status bar

how can i achieve that ?
