MessageFileUpload with Button Windows XP Style

Hi Gurus, i have a problem with my MessageFileUpload item... it's seems like it has Windows XP Style.. i used a AttributeSet "/oracle/apps/fnd/attributesets/Buttons/UploadDownload", what it could be happening ? It's a 11.5.10.2 EBS environment, and i use JDeveloper 9i.
