Message File SP1<lang>.msb not found

Hello

I am getting this error "Message File SP1<lang>.msb not found"
when I am trying to run SQLPLUS. Ihave Oracle 8.0 client installed on my Windows NT M/C.
The server is also on a Windows NT m/c.

What could be the possible problem??
