Message Appears "Skip to main content" when Hit the Tab Key in Chrome Browser

I am using Oracle APEX 19.2.0.00.18.

There is a message appearing "Skip to main content" in the navigation bar section when I press the Tab key from the URL bar. It seems like this issue encountering only in the Chrome browser. In our case, I am able to get replicated this issue in APEX Cloud Environment too.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Any suggestion about how we can prevent the message to be appearing when I hit tab key from the URL section in the Chrome browser?
