Merged Event remains open in Event Details when Non-Outage call clue is changed to Outage

Steps from bug.

  1. Create an outage call on a customer
  2. Create an outage call on another customer under the same transformer
  3. Open Trouble Info for the event
  4. Select one call and change the clue to non-outage to create a separate event
  5. Open Trouble Info for the new non-outage event
  6. Change the call clue back to outage
  7. Observe that the call and event merge back with the original event but Event Details for the non-outage event is still open
  8. Click Refresh in the NO Event Details and observe that the event cannot be found

Event Details should close any events that no longer exist (scenario comes from event grouping).
