Merge two 11gR2 clusters into single cluster

Current configuration:
ClusterA: node1, node2
ClusterB: node3, node4

Desired configuration:
ClusterC: node1, node2, node3, node4

I have read Chapter 9 "Adding and Deleting Oracle RAC from Nodes on Linux and UNIX Systems".
I was hoping that someone had actually merged two clusters, and could share their experiences.
