Menu Item names not matching

Hi team,

We're trying to clean up our Micros EMC & R&A platforms, and have come across mismatched menu items between customer receipt, to R&A check detail

Essentially, customer check (Micros POS) has correct info “Porterhouse”, but R&A check research shows this line item as “Turkey Breast” - we cannot find in EMC (Micros Back Office) ANY reference to Turkey on the Porterhouse menu items, nor can we find any place in R&A to ‘edit’ any mapping that might come across, but be incorrect on the R&A platform
