memory utilization on AIX 6

we are using AIX 6 for oracle grid infrastructure 11.2.0.1 . and database 10.2.0.5 . in oem it shows we are seeing 99% of memory utilization in topas with M says we are using 99%.

svmon also mention we are at 99%.

can an one let me know what is the best to calculate rela memory on those servers.
