Member Formula Weird behavior

Dears,

Within the same data form i have two member formulas : each one is placed on different accounts : ACC1 (Member Formula 1) , ACC2 ( Member Formula 2 )

now this is the weird behavior :

when I delete member formula 1 , the member formula 2 works properly ( the output msg : Rules was run successfully and data has been changed) .
When I have member formula 1 the member formula 2 will not work , i only receives the msg that the data has been saved.

Did anyone run into this issue before ? any thoughts on what the problem might be.
