Member formula not working with store properties

I have made a member formula on a member with store properties but the formula is not working. If i change the member properties to dynamic calc then the member formula works fine. My requirement is to use member formula with store properties so that i can also use business rules on that member on other forms. Kindly guide me how to resolve this problem.
