MD_META package error when trying Quick Migrate Access 2003 table to 11G

Error ocurred during capture: ORA-04063: package body "AQ.MD_META" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "AQ.MD_META"
ORA-06512: at "AQ.MD_PROJECTS_TRG", line 3 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'AQ.MD_PROJECTS_TRG'

The package is valid but trigger fails as it seems to not be able to execute MD_META>get_next_id...

Specifics:

Windows XP professional on a virtual workstation using VMWARE
Oracle 11G over WAN
SQL Developer 1.5.4 build 5940
Java(TM) Platform 1.5.0_06
Oracle IDE 1.5.4.59.40
Versioning Support 1.5.4.59.40
