May I get the documentation that is explained about the Diagnostic data

I think there must be some documentation that is explained about the diagnostic data as following.
Because, if we don't have them then we couldn't find out the reason and handle the OSB issue.

I couldn't find out the problems with only the figures as like "Diagnostic data: 0x20008F06/21".
