MAXTRANS

hi
i create a table test with MAXTRANS 2. it means that there could be at most t2o concurent
transactions per datablock in this table...now i inserted some rows in this table and these
rows must be in one block as these some rows has a very less size....now i tried to run 3
transactions on these rows and i m suyccessfull...so i cant understand what does this
MAXTRANS mean????whats wrong
