maximum cores in Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition

The problem is in that.
We have <Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition 64 bit>.
We use it on server: 2 processor Intel Xeon (2 core each) - total = 4 core per server; OS = <Windows 2003 Standart Edition 64 bit>; 32Gb memory.
Can we move this database on new server - 4 processor Intel Xeon (6 core each) - total = 24 core per server; OS = Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition 64 bit; 128Gb memory.
0) Is it permited by Oracle license (4 processor sokets = 24 cores in server)?
1) Will <Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition 64 bit> work on this new server?
2) How many cores will <Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition 64 bit> see?
3) Will <Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition 64 bit> work woth OS=<Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition 64 bit>?
4) Will <Oracle Database Server 10g R2 (10.2.0.3) Standart Edition 64 bit> see 128Gb memory on this new server?
Thank you in advance.
P.S. We have license for 80 named users! not for procesors!
