Maximize Windows Application

Hi,

I am searching for a possibility to open/restore windows application minimized or hidden behind under windows out of my Java Application. The application does start these applications (non-Java). Out of the Java application it should be possible to focus on the sepcific window and bring it to the foreground.

Not sure if this is the correct category! Any hints/points would be highly appreciated!
