Max Length for PLSQL content?

Is there a maximum length on a PL/SQL content region? I've got a procedure that keeps getting an error telling me it is expecting an END, and all I'm doing is adding a few htp.p lines. This is a massive procedure that generates a report with a lot of calculated fields and the text file of the code is almost 32K...

Any help would be appreciated, as I'm about to tear my hair out and I need to finish this.
