Maven Vs Ant

All,

version : 12.1.3

We are migrating all our projects from 11g(11.1.1.4) to 12c. In 11g, we used ANT scripts for the project life cycle. In 12c developer guide, I understand that Maven is part of the installation. I wanted to know what is Oracle recommendation. Should we continue to use ANT or Oracle recommend MAVEN in place of ANT? Please suggest.
